Is Otrip free?
Yes. Otrip is free to download and use with your whole group. Otrip Pro adds extras such as AI trip plans, exports and more storage.
Does it work without signal?
Yes. Your trips, chats, plans, lists and costs are kept on your phone, so you can read and change them offline. Everything syncs when you’re back online.
Who can read my chats?
Only the people in the chat. Messages, photos, videos, voice notes and files are end-to-end encrypted. Otrip can read polls, ideas and SOS alerts so it can count votes and alert your group. Your chat history is kept on your phone, and an iCloud backup of your iPhone includes it unless Advanced Data Protection is on.
How does SOS work on a ride?
Press and hold SOS and everyone on the ride gets an alert with your location, even if they muted the chat.
