Write from the email address on your Otrip account and tell us what happened. We answer within two working days.

Delete your account
You can delete your Otrip account at any time, from the app:

Open the Profile tab
Tap your photo in the bottom tab bar.

Go to Settings → Account
Tap the gear icon at the top, then Account.

Tap Delete Account
Tell us why you’re leaving and confirm.
Your account is deactivated right away. You have 30 days to reactivate it — after that, your data is permanently deleted.
Can’t open the app? Email support@otrip.io from your account’s email address and ask us to delete your account.
